Who This Membership Is For
Q1: How does the membership work?
A: You receive 4 video credits per month. Submit your listings anytime using the Upload Portal. Each submitted address deducts 1 credit.
Q2: What happens if I don’t use all 4 credits?
A: Unused credits roll over for 30 days. After that, they expire.
Q3: Are rush fees really waived?
A: Yes. Members get 2-hour rush delivery at no extra charge on every project.
Q4: What if I need more than 4 videos in a month?
A: Extra videos can be purchased anytime at the standard rate ($250 / $300 rush).
Q5: Can I add virtual staging to my membership projects?
A: Yes. Members receive 4 staging images per address at $35 (member rate).
Q6: How do I submit my photos each month?
A: Use the Upload Photos Portal. You can submit via upload or share a Google Drive / Dropbox folder link.
Q7: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. Cancel any time before your next billing cycle. Your remaining credits stay active until the end of the period.
Q8: Do credits refresh automatically every month?
A: Yes. Your account resets to 4 new video credits at the start of each billing cycle.
Q9: Is there a limit on property size or number of photos?
A: No. We accept any property size and up to 100 photos per address.
